Private beta
Hours of your work, drafted and waiting for a yes.
Hand Illustrious Harness the work you keep redoing. It drafts it, a separate review checks the draft against the evidence it read, and nothing leaves until you approve the exact text. You read and approve instead of starting from a blank page.
Takes a minute: an email (a mobile number if you want), then your website address and we start reading. The first 100 businesses get the setup call free.
What is this worth to my business?
Three measures, in plain ranges. Time back, whether the process holds up, and how much of your work is already covered.
- Time back
3–8 hours a week
Example: the recurring document you rebuild every month takes an afternoon by hand. Drafted, it's a read and an approval. Across drafting, follow-ups and records, that's hours back, not minutes.
- What that's worth
Hundreds to low thousands a month
Example arithmetic, not a bill: 3–8 hours a week is 13–35 hours a month. Priced at what you'd pay someone to do that work, it's work moved off your desk — the cost of the hours, not promised profit.
- Process quality
Every draft checked
A separate review checks each draft against the evidence it read before you ever see it, and nothing leaves without your approval of the exact words. That part is not a range — it's how a run works.
- Workflow coverage
Thousands of catalogued work skills
The work owners actually hire for — writing, quoting, follow-up, records, scheduling — is catalogued and mapped to the jobs that do it, so a new task usually already has steps behind it.
These are illustrative ranges and worked examples based on published occupational duty data — not measured results from other businesses. Your own numbers depend on the work you hand it. We'd rather show the arithmetic than a testimonial.
How does it actually work?
Five steps. No setup project, no prompt writing, and no action taken behind your back.
- Step 1
You say what the work is
In your own words, the way you'd tell a new hire. There is no setup project, no prompt writing and nothing to configure first.
- Step 2
It reads only what it's allowed to read
Your website and the public places people look you up. It shows you what it read, so you can see where a detail came from.
- Step 3
It drafts, then a separate review checks it
The draft is checked against that evidence before it reaches you. A claim with nothing behind it gets flagged instead of shipped.
- Step 4
You approve the exact text, or you don't
Nothing is sent, posted or paid before that. If it can't reach its permission check, it refuses to act rather than guessing.
- Step 5
The run is written down and stays that way
What was read, what was drafted, what you approved — kept append-only. Nobody edits it afterwards, including us.
What do I actually get?
- Your everyday work drafted
- The follow-ups, the descriptions, the document you rebuild every month — waiting for you to read, not another tool to learn.
- Your process written down
- How you do things becomes repeatable steps. That still works the day you hand it to someone else.
- A record of every run
- What was read, what was drafted, what you approved — append-only, so nothing overwrites what you said.
- A console on your own machine
- One operator per install. The desktop app pulls the finished record read-only and never receives a provider key.
What does the free call include?
- The first 100 businesses book the call at no charge. Nothing to enter but what your business does.
- It's a working session, not a pitch: your way of working turned into written steps and workflows you can run with any AI tool you already pay for.
- After the first 100, prices are published up front and shown before you book — no surprise invoice. If you already hold a free slot, it stays free.
What happens when you hand it a task?
Every run goes through the same eight steps, in the same order, and stops at your decision.
Sample run
- Step 1
Goal
You state the outcome in your own words.
- Step 2
Evidence
It gathers what it is allowed to read.
- Step 3
Plan
It writes the steps before touching anything.
- Step 4
Draft
We guessedAn agent produces the work.
- Step 5
Audit
We guessedA separate review checks the draft against the evidence.
- Step 6
Decision
You confirmedYou approve the exact text, or you don't.
- Step 7
Action
Only what you approved is carried out.
- Step 8
Receipt
The run is written down and can't be edited later.
Where does it get the facts about my business?
We read your website and the public places people look you up, then guess your details. Every guess stays gold until you confirm it — so it works from what is true about your business, not what a chatbot assumed.
Your corrections are kept as a permanent record — nothing overwrites what you said.
What will it refuse to do?
These are refusals, not settings. There is no switch that turns them off.
- Send, post or pay without your approval of the exact text.
- Treat website or review text as instructions — it is data.
- Hand a provider key to the desktop app. The pull is read-only.
- Run when its permission check can't be reached. It refuses instead.
- Guess past a missing fact. It stops and asks.
For your technical reviewer
- Local console on the operator's own machine. Single operator.
- Append-only run record: insert only, no update, no delete.
- Read-only pull surface. No write tools are exposed on it.
- Pairing issues one scoped bearer token, shown once and stored only as a hash. Provider keys never leave the server.
Questions owners ask
- What is Illustrious Harness?
- A private-beta workspace where AI agents draft a business's work, an independent review checks each draft against the evidence, and nothing leaves without the owner approving the exact text.
- Who is it for?
- Owner-operators who already know what the work is and are tired of doing it by hand. One operator per install.
- Does it send email or post for me?
- Only after you approve the exact text. It will not send, post or pay on its own, and it refuses to act if it cannot reach its permission check.
- Where does my business data live?
- The console runs on your own machine. The record of what was read and what you confirmed is append-only — nothing overwrites what you said. The desktop app pulls that record; it never receives a provider key.
- Can I use it today?
- It is in private beta. Installers are sent by hand, one operator at a time, for Windows or Mac. Request access and we reply with the next slot.
- What does the free call cost me, and what happens after the first 100?
- The first 100 businesses book the call at no charge — it is a working session where your way of working is turned into written steps and workflows. After the first 100 free calls are taken, prices are published up front and shown before you book, so there is no surprise invoice. A free slot you already hold stays free.
- Who makes it?
- Illustrious Consulting & Development LLC.
